Viking Watch

Viking Watch is a pay ahead program where you can pay in person via cash or check, or mobile pay! This allows you to always remain ahead of the curve and be stress free as we will notify you when your balance gets low. The costs are as follows:

  - $20 annual registration fee (per child)

  - $5 per hour (per child)

  - Hours are configured in half-hour increments

Our Viking Watch Program uses Brightwheel. Brightwheel is the #1 preschool/daycare software provider to date! Parents can:

-Watch your child’s day unfold with snapshots delivered to your mobile device.

-Stay in touch with your presider and strengthen school learning with activities at home.

-Add approved adults to pick up your child, and see when your child is checked in or out.

-Set it and forget it with automated payments. Plus, easily access digital invoices, receipts, and year-end tax statements.

Viking Watch operates Monday-Friday from 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM. Viking Watch closes promptly at 5:30 PM. There is a per minute charge of $1 for every minute past 5:30 PM.

Viking Watch follows the school calendar. Therefore, our program operates only when school is in session. Any delays, cancellations, or holidays will impact our normal hours.

Our Preschool Viking Watch Program provides an environment that promotes independence, where children can build confidence, develop social skills, and create lasting friendships.

HANDS ON PLAY

Play-dough, painting, building blocks, and multiple creative play areas are just a few of the hands-on activities we offer to reinforce important preschool skills.

LUNCH TIME WITH FRIENDS

Lunch begins at 12:00 PM. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle (please no juices or Capri Suns). An after-school snack will also be provided!

QUIET TIME

Your child is encouraged to bring a small stuffed animal and a travel sized pillow and blanket. Mats are provided.

Students will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities that are flexible enough to accommodate children from different age groups. Viking Watch for this group begins at dismissal and closes at 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. This program includes:

-After School Snack

-Homework Time

-Hands-On/Creative Activities

-Physical Indoor/Outdoor Activities

-Caring and Dedicated Staff

-Age Appropriate Groups

  *Littles (grades K-2)

  *Bigs (grades 3-6)
